Sharp was a student of clarinet, keyboard, and cello in the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. When she was awarded a scholarship to The Boston Conservatory because of her enthusiasm for school theatre, Sharp applied to The Boston Conservatory. Cum Laude graduated with a B.F.A. at the Conservatory, Sharp set her sights on the stage. Sharp was a part of her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel The show debuted Off Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and played eight different roles in the interactive comedy Eat the Runt. Other theatrical shows include Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin' Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp was a co-reader with writer August Wilson himself. Sharp is also working on other projects which she's working on alongside her productions for stage and screen. Sharp is still performing and is working on a full length album. Sharp is an avid fitness fan who enjoys boxing and learn Krav Maga. When not performing behind or in front of the camera, or capturing songs in the studio, she enjoys long journeys, playing piano, or hiking. Sharp has a family home in Los Angeles.
