Kirsten Vangsness has been an American actor since the early 1990s. Her most well-known role was in the role of Penelope Garcia, a police procedural in the TV program Criminal Minds. While she is primarily regarded as a TV actor she also plays several smaller roles in films. Her first role was showbiz in 1998.
