Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American broadcast journalist. Best known for anchoring the CNN morning show At This Hour, Bolduan is a broadcast journalist from America. She previously co-anchored CNN morning shows New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan was a key part of CNN's award-winning coverage for the 2012 presidential election as well as 2016. Bolduan has worked as a correspondent from Washington, DC covering activities in and around the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan's reporting on congressional activities as well as events that occurred during her tenure as an official of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiations to raise the debt limit for the United States and discussions by the super-committee. As general assignment reporters she covered news like those of Christmas Day bombing in 2009 and the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. Then she became an CNN Newsource national correspondent in 2007.
